Delivery & Returns
POSTAGE AND PACKAGING CHARGES
All jewellery items come complete with gift packaging free of charge and we aim to despatch orders once accepted within one working day, though please allow 5-7 working days for Moissanite Jewellery and Personalised Jewellery.
Orders of £50 or over will be sent by Royal Mail delivery at NO COST TO YOU. For orders less than £50, a delivery cost of £3.95 will be charged. This can take 2 -5 working days for delivery and will require a signature on receipt.
DISPATCHING YOUR ORDER
At Jewellery Moments we endeavour to keep stock levels as accurate as possible. Unfortunately, due to the large volume of orders being processed daily there can be very rare occasions where our stock levels do not immediately reflect on the website. We will contact you by email as soon as possible to advise you of this. If you are ordering multiple items we will send out the items we have in stock and then dispatch any missing items as soon as we receive more stock if still required.
Jewellery Moments are sure that you will love your purchase, but if you don't, we offer a 14 day no quibble money back guarantee providing the items have not been worn, are not damaged and are returned in their original packaging.

Please note: You are responsible for returning the item back to us and the return postage charge. We will not accept responsibility for the item until it has been delivered to us. Proof of postage is advisable and we would recommend you send the item Recorded Delivery. We do not credit back the return postage costs unless the return is due to a faulty item or Jewellery Moments error, and then we will only refund the price of Recorded Delivery. Refunds will only be processed using the payment method used during the purchase. We aim to refund all debited monies within 5 working days of receiving returned goods. Please, however, allow up to a maximum of 30 days.
IN THE INTERESTS OF HYGIENE WE ARE UNABLE TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND EARRINGS. ANY ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN PERSONALISED FOR THE CUSTOMER CANNOT BE RETURNED. This does not affect your legal rights.
At Jewellery Moments we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us and all our products are checked thoroughly before dispatch. In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt.
LOST IN POST
If you haven't received your purchase within 15 days of dispatch (not including weekends), Jewellery Moments will class this as "lost in the post" (in line with Royal Mail policy). Please get in touch with us and we will stand by our commitment to you by either replacing the item (s) lost, or refunding your payment, whichever suits your individual circumstances. We cannot refund or replace any item until this timescale has been reached. Jewellery Moments will retain title to any goods until delivered to a residential address/work address, and ownership transfers to you on receipt/delivery to address specified. Jewellery Moments cannot take any responsibility for items delivered and signed for but subsequently mislaid.
